Today, I’ll offer three tips on how to grow your business quickly. When I first got into real estate, it was the beginning of the recession. Honestly, my beginning was difficult, despite diligent work. However, I learned a lot of lessons from that time. Now, I’ll share my advice on how you can jumpstart your career!
  • Think about prospecting. Find two or three buckets of business that are going to work for your business. Consider open houses, knocking on doors, internet leads, joining a real estate team, and working with people you know. If you think of real estate as a business, it’ll greatly enhance your chances for immediate success.
  • Consider your pipeline. Think of real estate as a funnel. Go from leads to appointments to meetings to converting clients to closings to referrals. Wash, rinse, repeat that entire cycle for success!
  • Work in your business and on it. Spend time educating yourself. Research the latest trends, tips, and other valuable information. This helps you grow as not only an agent but as an individual. All these tools will help you succeed.
